Maximum Income or Benefit level for an Order to Administer Property under the PPPR Act

The Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 (PPPR) has various provisions commonly used by parents/family of those with significant intellectual impairment, being Welfare Guardianship and/or Property Administration.  

From 3rd October 2024 the maximum annual income or benefit level for an Order to Administer Property was increased to $38,800.  There is a scale of annual increases to the maximum annual income or benefit level over the next five years.  Click here for more details.
