The next Families Virtual Gathering is on 1st October:

The next virtual Zoom family gathering will be on Thursday 1st October from 11.30am till 1pm. The speaker will be Mark Benjamin of SAMS (Standards and Monitoring). Mark is involved in the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) programme and he will talk about all aspects of EGL. He will also talk about the core elements of System Transformation (which is the action plan currently being implemented in mid central NZ to test EGL) and the 3 sites in NZ currently testing aspects of System Transformation. Mark will participate for the duration of the Zoom call and will answer questions from participants. Please join us for this important Zoom gathering.

Zoom is an easy online video/audio platform to use. Don’t worry if you’ve never used it before, just click on the link a few minutes before the meeting is due to start (to get the programme running so you don’t miss the start of the meeting). Ideally try to join the Zoom around 11.15am so we can all introduce ourselves before Mark begins presenting. On Zoom you can silence your microphone and/or switch off your camera if you need to.
